We are excited to celebrate with you!

If you arrive in town on Friday, you are welcome to join us for snacks and drinks at a hospitality room at the Wingate Hotel. 

On Saturday, we will have a shuttle running from the Wingate to Memorial Union for the reception. Busses going to the reception will leave at 4:45, 5:15 and 5:45 p.m.. Shuttles back to the hotel will begin around 9 p.m.
